We’ve teamed up with Your Kaya to help improve their online store. We started with a subtle branding refresh and a redesign of the product pages. Now, we’re focusing on a long-term collaboration for growth and conversion optimization to support their ongoing development.

In recent years, the brand has achieved remarkable progress by broadening its product assortment. Our goal was to ensure that the product pages effectively highlight these offerings and facilitate the growth of their subscription service.
Web Design
Our UX strategy focused on elevating the product pages to highlight the value of subscription choices. By showcasing high-quality product photography that matches modern beauty standards, we created an engaging visual experience. To drive conversion, we strategically incorporated social proof elements – from satisfied customer testimonials to community highlights through YourKaya Together. Every design decision was optimized to demonstrate the benefits of joining our subscription model and becoming part of the brand community.

They partnered with our team to elevate their online presence, focusing on fine-tuning critical components and streamlining main conversion paths. Working collaboratively, we leveraged tools like Hotjar and data analytics to identify user friction points. This effort culminated in the deployment of a refreshed, high-converting website that propelled YourKaya's e-commerce success to new heights.

Users struggled to find relevant products and categories due to unclear information hierarchy and a cluttered interface.

Users struggled to perform essential subscription management tasks, from adding new products to postponing deliveries, due to complex navigation and unclear action paths in the subscription panel.
Product Pages
Users faced challenges in making informed purchase decisions due to an suboptimal transactional panel, inadequate product photo presentation, and insufficient detailed product descriptions.
Final Results
The implementation of a series of experiments and design system changes significantly improved information hierarchy and product discoverability. By optimizing various customer touchpoints, we successfully facilitated user paths throughout the website. These enhancements led to positive results across key performance indicators, demonstrating the effectiveness of our data-driven approach to user experience optimization.
